George Schrade, C.P.A., is the Chief Financial Officer of Graham Capital Management, L.P. (“Graham”), responsible for overseeing the firm’s trading services department which includes the middle office, financial reporting, treasury operations, and corporate accounting groups. Mr. Schrade is also a member of the firm’s Investment, Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity Committees. In June 2007, he joined Graham as Senior Analyst in Financial Reporting and has held positions of increasing responsibility prior to becoming Chief Financial Officer in March 2019. He became an Associated Person of the Advisor effective December 21, 2016 and a Principal effective February 28, 2019. Prior to joining the Advisor, Mr. Schrade worked as a Fund Services Manager for SS&C Technologies, Inc., a fund administrative services firm, from April 2005 to May 2007. From October 2000 to April 2005, Mr. Schrade worked as an Analyst Support Director in Finance for UBS Investment Bank. Prior to joining UBS, he worked for Ernst and Young LLP from January 1998 to October 2000 as a Tax Compliance Specialist. He began his career with Venman & Company LLC where he worked as a staff accountant from September 1996 to December 1997. Mr. Schrade received a B.S in accounting from Quinnipiac University in May 1996.
